Our story
A corner shop with a slow bar and a fast oven
Copper Fern opened in 2019 with one roaster, two ovens, and a stubborn belief that a neighborhood café should feel like your kitchen — just with better espresso. We roast in small batches every week and bake every morning, so nothing on the counter is older than the sunrise.
Our beans come from farms we can name, our milk comes from a dairy forty minutes up the road, and our regulars' orders are usually started before they reach the register.
